I am Selena Green, a passionate and dedicated breathwork therapist with over a decade of experience in this transformative field. My journey into breathwork began with a personal quest to understand the application of breathwork in labour, and for improved mental and emotional well-being, which eventually evolved into a deep-seated commitment to sharing the incredible benefits of intentional breathing with others.

My training encompasses a solid foundation in anatomy, physiology, and the mechanics of breath to ensure that my guidance is both safe and effective. I continue to enhance my skills through advanced courses and ongoing education, staying at the forefront of the evolving breathwork landscape.

I have had the privilege of guiding individuals through their breathwork journeys, witnessing remarkable personal transformations. My teaching style is known for its nurturing and inclusive approach, allowing individuals of all backgrounds and experience levels to find comfort and growth in their breathwork practice. I am humbled by the success stories shared by my clients, who have experienced profound shifts in their lives, from conquering anxiety and stress to finding clarity, healing from emotional trauma, and enhancing overall well-being.

It is a tool for self-discovery and healing, promoting holistic wellness. My passion for breathwork extends beyond a profession; it is a way of life.
